LOGISTICS
We’ll create a budget, provide vendor referrals and management, manage your contracts, create a seamless timeline for your day, look after transportation, room blocks, track your RSVPs and so much more as we bring your vision to life.
EXECUTION
Your focus on your wedding day should be on soaking in every moment. Our focus is on absolutely everything else. From setup to tear down, and everything in between, we’ll provide cohesive event management to keep things sailing smoothly.
MONTH -OF MANAGEMENT
For those who want to do most of the planning but need a little help at the end.
You put a lot of time and energy into planning your perfect day. It’s important to have someone you trust who is able to take your carefully crafted vision and smoothly execute it on the day-of. Our work here begins 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding. We’ll confirm details with your vendors, create a thorough timeline for your day and make sure the details are all in place. On the day of your wedding, we’ll take care of everything so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Month-of management begins at $2,500.
VENUE SELECTION
Selecting your venue is such an important step in planning the perfect wedding day. We'll take your wedding day vision and recommend potential venues, tour the top candidates with you and help you compare the offerings. If you're planning from afar, let us be the "boots on the ground" to view venues for you.
