Emma and her team are incredible! I cannot speak highly enough about Blue Heron Events. About 2 weeks before my wedding, I had a medical emergency, and Emma stepped right up and made sure that vendors and details were all taken care of. I never worried about things going smoothly for a second even though I was planning this from Massachusetts. The day of the wedding, she put out fires without me every knowing. She also took great care of me, my husband, and all of our guests. Our friends and family were impressed at how beautiful everything was laid out and how every detail was thoughtfully done. I very much owe this all to Emma and her team at Blue Heron Events! I would not have been able to have done this day without them. Most importantly, she is thoughtful, kind, a problem-solver, and very easy to communicate with.

Do yourself a favor right now and hire Emma! She is caring, amazingly organized, and will understand your vision. I really can't imagine what wedding planning would've been like without her! Even though she was planning other weddings at the same time as ours, she always made us feel like we were her only client. She is attentive and responds warmly to every question you may have along the way. She had great ideas and suggestions, and really helped us have the wedding weekend of our dreams. She truly is incredible at her job!

Emma is truly exceptional. We have never met someone more poised, patient, organized, efficient, and hard-working, all while managing two boisterous and energetic families. She was always smiling and made every guest and family member feel like royalty, while consistently and politely keeping our wishes and vision the priority. One of our favorite moments was when Emma joined in on the festivities and got some wedding henna along with the ladies!

Emma is a complete goddess. She’s friendly, calm, and a problem solver. We had several details that we felt really strongly about (eg: special cookies placed in the napkins, grandparent photos and escort cards arranged a certain way); we basically just gave her all of these things prior to the wedding and they miraculously appeared just as we had envisioned on our wedding day. There were also numerous details that I really didn't want to have to deal with; Emma easily took care of all of these so I didn’t have to continue to think about them. She made sure I was comfortable with everything while making the day run smoothly at the same time.

Emma is a superhero who rolled gracefully with our changes all year long, made sure we got what we wanted, worked within our budget...even somehow procured a sign we needed for our reception the morning of our wedding.
